So much more beautiful than the picture! Perfectly arranged, bright and vibrant flowers. It's crazy this time of year, but staff was personable and knowledgeable. Great experience.

*Edited for Update* Improving to 4 stars after being contacted for more information and support. Customer service is fantastic. They responded quickly and kindly, wanting to make it right. I know our next arrangement will be beautiful! We have been using Platte City Flowers for years and have always been beyond pleased with the arrangements. We decided to send my stepmom flowers for her first Valentine’s Day after the passing of my dad last fall. She sent us a picture and we were pretty heartbroken at the sight of them. Hoping this was just a fluke. ---- Florist's Response: We are so very sorry for the dissatisfaction.
